Massimo D’Adamo

Massimo D'Adamo has been a Partner in the Debt Investment Team since 2021. He has 20 years of experience in various kinds of debt transactions (corporate, acquisition, project finance) for companies belonging to the infrastructure sector. Overall, he has completed more than 50 transactions with an overall value of around EUR 45bn.
Prior to joining F2i, Massimo was Executive Director in Mediobanca’s Lending and Structured Finance team, responsible for a loan book with exposures to major Italian companies in the infrastructure sector and to numerous European companies held by equity infrastructure funds. He was Head of Infrastructure Finance in Mediobanca’s Leveraged & Acquisition Finance team, spending a period in the London office and dealing with structured financing to assist with acquisitions of Italian and European infrastructure assets. At the beginning of his professional career, he helped to set up Mediobanca’s Project Finance team.
He holds a degree in Management Engineering from the Milan Polytechnic.
