Mission

Our mission is to create value for investors and for the Italian society and economy, turning the financial resources entrusted to us by domestic and foreign investors into ‘real economy’ projects.

Since its creation in 2007, F2i has raised and invested over € 10 billion and has fostered the growth of companies operating in key sectors of the national economy such as transport and logistics, energy for transition, distribution networks, telecommunications networks, social and health care facilities and circular economy.

Our equity portfolio currently numbers 24 companies with an aggregate revenue of about € 8,3 billion in 2023 and an EBITDA of about € 2.2 billion, employing around 25 thousand workers.

Since 2021, alongside equity investments, F2i has set-up a debt fund, with the aim of financing the development of industrial infrastructure projects.
