Mariangela Zambon has been an Associate of the Regulatory, Legal and Corporate Affairs Team of F2i SGR since 2024.
Prior to joining F2i, Mariangela worked at the law firm of Clifford Chance, focusing her activity on advice to corporates and investment funds in general corporate matters, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations. Before that, she worked for DLA Piper Studio Legale Tributario Associato and Legance Avvocati Associati.
She graduated in law from Bocconi University in Milan.
