Lorenzo Di Gioacchino

Lorenzo di Gioacchino has been a Partner and Head of the Legal Team since 2008. He provides assistance with the investment and divestment transactions of the equity investments held by the funds, the legal aspects relating to fund-raising for the new funds and also provides general support to the company’s various departments.
Prior to joining F2i, Lorenzo worked for 4 years with the Grande Stevens law firm, dealing with corporate, commercial and financial market law matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. Previously he worked at Pavia e Ansaldo law firm, providing assistance in the field of commercial and corporate law, and was a visiting lawyer with the English law firms Weil Gotshal and Manges and Herbert Smith in London.
He graduated in Law from La Sapienza University in Rome.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of EI Towers and Sagat.
